ReplyDeleteThey did that back then. I have a pic of my father-in-law taken in 1914 and he was all dressed up in a lacey gown.
ReplyDeleteI have pictures of my grandfather in a dress too, with basically the same haircut. I like the second picture you put up as well. I can still see the resemblance.

I don't think they put boys in pants until they were a little older back then. Babies wore dresses.

Sharon, keep in mind that as one ages, their recollections seem to change just a tad so it's understandable that Jenny would like to change her tune a bit..CRS is starting already...poor thing.

We have a problem; I really don't know what CRS is and I even googled it. I got Catholic Relief Services, Congressional Resource System, and an obscure syndrome related to German measles. Is it a family joke?

Cheryl, I think I'm pretty safe. If Jenny is beginning to suffer from CRS, then she probably doesn't remember where I live either. :)
