Happy Thanksgiving Tomorrow - 11/26/08
Tomorrow we'll all be busy with family for Thanksgiving so I wanted to spread a little cheer today with the help of one very funny old lady "Maxine". Enjoy.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too Toni. Its a traditional dinner with turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, steamed vegetables, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, rolls and butter and pumpkin pie/pumpkin cake/or chocolate chip cookies. Thankfully others are helping bring some of this with them LOL. What's for dinner at your house?
Sounds good save a plate for me...actually I am going to my sister's but as you stated the usual...but we will also have Wedding Soup....and I love that I'll be making a some here for me...
lol, I love the last one... I don't understand people who go shopping on the busiest shopping day of the year! Or people who return Christmas gifts on the busiest return-day of the year! =:o =;) Happy Thanksgiving to you, too, Cheryl.
Wise advice from you to not travel this year. Thanksgiving is being relaxing and plenty of time to pause and reflect. Sounds like you will be having fun and good food at your house.
Happy Thanksgiving to you! Where's the Viagra Stuffed turkey?
ReplyDeleteTomorrow... or sometime soon! Love these Maxine cartoons! Maybe if I can't be good, I could be an old lady like that?
ReplyDeleteIggy, that would be SO wrong at a family dinner.
ReplyDeleteJesa you could never be a crabby old lady like Maxine, but she is funny.
Happy Thanksgiving Ms Cheryl what;s for dinner?

Daughter Jen with same name as future daughter-in-law Jen - you've never cooked a turkey LOL.
Kellianah, me too!
Bennett its all well and good to stay home for Thanksgiving, but when everyone else is coming here, I have to clean!! Man I hate housework. :-)
That's because everyone always tells me to bring the rolls!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you!!! My Mom-in-law requested my turkey be stuffed like your first picture up there!!!! Too funny.
ReplyDeletethese are fun! Happy Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteI was going to cook my squash with Grand Marnier and someone had drunk it all. Son of a gun!!
ReplyDeleteOops. Sorry!
ReplyDeleteDid you drink the sherry too?
ReplyDeleteWell, I had to have something to drink when the Grand Marnier was gone!
ReplyDeleteThat's ok I bought some wine and Bailey's. Hmm, not so good with squash though, I may need to drink it by itself.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving! I hope all goes well and you enjoy your day with your family.
ReplyDeleteHey, little sis, I have some champagne here.. we could share a mimosa!
Goody! Next year Jenny is cooking the turkey! And I'm sorry she drank all the Sherry and Grand Marnier Bennett. Better put a lock on that cabinet.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to your family too Sharon.
Nym, that's too funny. Enjoy your day.
